NYU Stern School of Business Professor discusses ways to elicit "voice of the customer"
NEW YORK, September 26, 2005—Those unable to attend the invitation-only Rich Data Breakfast may now view edited footage of the event via American Business Media’s second video Webcast (videocast). Now available on the ABM Website, the videocast features John Czepiel Ph.D., New York University Stern School of Business professor, discussing opportunities and issues surrounding rich data during ABM’s Rich Data CEO Breakfast Forum on September 14, 2005 at New York's University Club.
Bringing dozens of industry leaders together to discuss Rich Data, or data that media companies are packaging in a manageable and useful way, The Rich Data CEO Breakfast Forum focused on best ways to elicit the “voice of the customer” and featured presentations by NYU Stern School of Business professor John Czepiel Ph.D., and Scott Corwin of Booz Allen, followed by a subsequent roundtable discussion. Additional videocasts featuring segments of this discussion will appear online during the coming weeks.
