PRESS RELEASE

AMERICAN BUSINESS MEDIA RETAINS DIMASSIMO, INC.

NEW YORK, January 4, 2006
— American Business Media, New York, the association of business-to-business media companies, announced today it has retained DiMassimo, Inc., New York, as its advertising agency. ABM’s 290 members represent more than 5000 domestic and international print and electronic titles and approximately 1000 trade shows that collectively reach an audience of 100 million professionals.

“ABM is charged with an important mission,” said Gordon T. Hughes, president and CEO. “Our members produce more than $20 billion in annual revenues; we are committed to positioning their media as essential components of any smart marketing plan. Raising the awareness of the power and reach of business-to-business media is important for the growth of our member companies and the overall strength of the industry.”

“We considered a handful of agencies the past several months,” added Mark Rothman, ABM’s chief marketing officer. “DiMassimo offers exactly what we need.”

This is DiMassimo’s third new business win in the past month. The earlier two were Timex Watch’s domestic and international business, and MaxMD’s multi-national launch of the availability of .md domain name registrations and various web support products to the collective healthcare community.

“This is the kind of assignment good advertising people love,” said Mark DiMassimo, the agency’s founder, CEO and creative director. “Something you look at and say, how can this lead to the kind of work we can be proud of? It’s a chance to raise the visibility of an important medium, make it top-of-mind and create some genuine excitement around it.”

ABM expects to launch the new campaign in the first half of 2006; the association will place the media. Spending levels are not yet determined.
