AMY CLARKE JOINS QUADRANT HEALTHCOM INC.

CHATHAM, NJ, October 26, 2004 - Quadrant HealthCom Inc. is pleased to announce that Amy Clarke has joined Quadrant as Senior Vice President.

In this new position Amy will have direct responsibility for the company's two primary care journals (Emergency Medicine(r) and Physicians Travel & Meeting Guide(r)), New Media (Quadrant's corporate medical education unit) and telemarketing sales.

Most recently, Amy was Vice President, Marketing, for Advanstar Medical Economics. In that capacity she had responsibility for corporate marketing, research, promotion and strategic planning for Advanstar and Medical Economics titles. Previously, she was group publisher for Medical Economics' Contemporary group - category leading journals in the women's, pediatrics and urology markets. Amy worked at Medical Economics for 11 years.

Amy is a graduate of SUNY Albany and currently lives in River Vale, NJ.
