HR Executive of the Year Award

Created by ABM’s HR Committee, the HR Executive of the Year Award will recognize an outstanding individual or department who has leveraged organizational human capital, developed an innovative and ethical solution to a new or ongoing organizational challenge, or successfully responded to key workforce trends and needs in an ever-changing economic climate.

Nominations must be submitted by the president/CEO of the company or the chief HR executive with an endorsement from the president/CEO. Judging will be conducted by the ABM Executive Committee and influential Human Resources individuals, who will evaluate nominations on delivery and execution, credibility within the organization, understanding and use of technology, business knowledge and strategic contributions.
