Mission

Our mission is to support a community of HR executives within the media industry who share similar Talent Management concerns, challenges, and opportunities. By educating and exchanging information in a confidential, collaborative environment we gain insights to advance the business interests of ABM member companies.

Projects:

The committee is developing a Professional Development webcast series for the benefit of ABM members. The webcasts will be based on media discipline-related topics which will inform ABM members on HR best practices.

The committee conducted a series of informal electronic Q&A surveys amongst the committee members covering a range of HR topics from merit increase rates and travel reimbursements to relocation expenses. The committee will create an online platform linked to their section of http://www.americanbusinessmedia.com/ to house the information.
