Mark Rothman joined American Business Media in 1995 as Chief Marketing Officer. His responsibilities include strategic planning, communications and research.
Mark Rothman is president of Mark Rothman & Associates Inc., a marketing consulting company based in New York City For 30 years he's worked the breadth of American industry in senior positions at corporations like Bristol-Myers Squibb and Wyeth.
His advertising agency career includes Grey and Saatchi and Saatchi, for clients like PepsiCo, ESPN, Data General, Dupont, Minolta, Hearst and Seagram. Besides these Fortune 500 Companies, Mark has created marketing/advertising programs for many entrepreneurial start-ups and mid-sized companies.
Before opening his own company in February 1995, Mark worked at LOIS USA Advertising as Executive Vice President and Director of Client Services, a position that encompassed marketing, advertising, public relations and general management responsibilities.
He has served as president of the Advertising Foundation of New York and on the Board of Directors of The Advertising Club of New York. He has also been a professor at the Baruch College's Zicklin School of Business.
