THROUGH OCTOBER, BUSINESS AD PAGES AND REVENUE REMAIN LEVEL
Year-to-date ad pages up .91%; year-to-date revenue up .98%
NEW YORK, January 8, 2007—Year-to-date ad pages and revenue continue to remain level, with an increase of .91% and .98%, respectively, despite a decline in ad pages by 2.20% for the month of October over same period 2005. Revenue for the month of October over the same period in 2005 grew slightly by .65%. The steady growth of revenue for the year has been due in large part to strong category performers such as the Architecture, Design, Lighting category, with an increase of 11.34%; the Aviation, Aerospace & Military category which followed with a 9.15% increase; and the Resources, Environment, Utilities category, with a 8.38% increase.
