The 2009 Jesse H. Neal National Business Journalism Awards Ceremony, March 19, 2009,
at The Rainbow Room in New York City.

Called “the Pulitzer Prize of the business press,” the Neal Awards are the industry’s most prestigious
and sought-after editorial honors. Established in 1955, the Neal Awards recognize and reward editorial
excellence in business-to-business publications. They are named after American Business Media's first
managing director, who remained active in promoting the business press throughout his life.

Registration policy:
This is a firm registration and may not be cancelled after Thursday, March 5, 2009, 5:00 pm EST.
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to American Business Media or faxed to 646-216-0571.

Tables canceled prior to March 5, 2009 will be refundable, minus a $200.00 processing fee. Portions of tables
cannot be canceled at any time. Individual seats may be canceled until 5:00 pm on Thursday, March 5th.
Seats canceled prior to March 5th will be refundable, minus a $25 processing fee. Substitutions may be made
after that day, but cancellations will not be refunded for any reason.

American Business Media reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility
for personal expenses incurred. By registering you understand that your participation and attendance
at the Neal Awards Luncheon may be video taped, filmed and/or audio recorded. You agree that the
Recording may be used for any lawful purposes that American Business Media, or its designees,
in their sole discretion, may determine. You also acknowledge that you have no interest or
ownership in the Recording or its copyright.
